Items are shipped within 3-10 days, depending on your location. You can request speedy shipping, which will take 1-2 days. Items are typically shipped from USPS, and your tracking number is emailed to you upon shipment.
We sell new items as well as preowned items, so there may be visible ware on the preowned item you receive. If we described the preowned condition of the item, you cannot return the item for that same reason we described. Returns are permitted for the following reasons: if we gave you the wrong item, if there is ware on the item that we did not describe, if the item was the wrong size or measurement. You will have 30 days to return the item. Email us your concern at customerservice@allofafricaonline.com, and we will confirm your message. If we approve your return, you can proceed with sending the item and email your tracking number.
